YOU MAY CONTACT US IF:

  • You have experienced domestic violence in any form and would like to protect yourself from renewed domestic violence
  • You are in a crisis situation and/or facing a difficult decision
  • You need support in a separation and/or divorce situation
  • You have professional problems
  • You want to develop new plans and perspectives
  • You want to be in contact with women in similar situations
  • You would like to inform yourself about women-specific topics

OUR OFFERS ARE:

  • Domestic violence counselling
  • Telephone and personal counselling
  • One-off counselling and counselling series
  • Guided discussion group for women in crisis situations
  • Information evenings on legal aspects of separation and divorce with specialist speakers
  • Further information events and training courses on various topics with specialist speakers

COUNSELLING APPOINTMENTS

Individual counselling without appointment

You can reach us personally and by phone without making an appointment during the “Open Counselling Hours”:

Tuesday:           3 – 5 p.m.
Wednesday:   8 – 10 a.m.
Thursday:        10 – 12 a.m.

At these times, we are also available for short personal or telephone counselling.

Individual counselling with appointment

For an individual appointment, we advise you from Monday to Friday by prior appointment.

One hour is available for initial consultation. If further requirements arise, we can also arrange follow-up appointments (usually max. 10 appointments). Our advice does not replace therapy, but can sometimes be a temporary solution if you are waiting for a therapy place, for example.

  • Mediation and cooperation with others Counselling centres, women’s shelters, police, therapists, doctors, clinics, support groups and attorneys
